I was always tiny & could eat whatever...

I feel you. I was always tiny & could eat whatever I wanted. Until... I hit age 35 and in six months went from 110 to 140!

I'm a shade over 5'5" and at my heaviest, I hit 160lbs. My doc said that it was partially an age thing. I could NOT lose it. But, sure enough, when I hit 45, my hormones adjusted and I got to 140 with little effort & now I'm back to 130-135 - depending on how I eat and exercise.

I guess I'm trying to reassure you that a big part of our weight is due to our gender and ages. My doc back then told me that I would just have to work harder to keep the pounds off until my body settled down. (And don't beat yourself up. You got some beautiful babies out of it. I didn't even have that to contend with!)

Peace my sis,
Free
